As soon as your piece ships, we email you a UPS tracking number. Enter it below to follow your parcel on the UPS website.

No tracking email within 3 business days of your order? Check your spam folder, or write to us.

From order to your door

  1. Order placed

    You receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

  2. Packed and shipped

    We pack your piece by hand and hand it to UPS within 1 to 3 business days. You receive a tracking number by email.

  3. On its way

    UPS delivery usually takes 5 to 14 days after shipment, depending on the destination. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

  4. Delivered

    For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer, usually to the carrier on delivery.
