Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We strive to describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible. As we exclusively sell second-hand and pre-owned items, the following terms and conditions apply to returns and refunds.
1. Second-Hand Items
All products sold through our webshop are second-hand, vintage, or pre-owned items. This means that signs of use, minor imperfections, or age-related characteristics may be present. We make every effort to clearly describe and photograph any known defects, damages, or special characteristics of each item.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

3. Return Conditions
Returned items will only be accepted if:
- the item is returned complete and in its original condition;
- the item is returned in the same condition as it was received;
- the item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport;
- the return shipment is sent within the specified return period.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for:
- items that have been damaged due to misuse by the customer;
- items that have been altered, repaired, or modified after delivery;
- custom-made or specially ordered items.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage or the incorrect item whenever possible. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a reduction in the refund amount if the returned item is not received in its original condition.
7. Shipping Costs
The original shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned within the legal withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
