Yes. Every piece is a vintage original. When the designer or maker is known, we name them on the piece page. When it is not, we say so.

There is only one of each piece. Once it is sold, it leaves the shop and moves to the archive, where it stays as a record.

Of course. Use Ask about this piece on any piece page and tell us which details you would like to see. We will send close-up photographs by email.

Every piece is measured by hand in our studio. Dimensions are listed on each piece page, and you can switch between centimetres and inches.

Each piece is graded on a four-step scale: Fair, Good, Very good and Excellent. The grade comes with a written condition note on the piece page.

Often, yes. Vintage objects can show light signs of age and use that are part of their history. Anything notable is described in the condition report, and we are happy to send extra photographs.

You pay securely at checkout, using the payment methods shown there. The final amount, including shipping, is shown before you pay.

Yes. If your order ships in more than one parcel, you will not pay extra shipping, and each parcel gets its own tracking number.

As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with the shipping details and a tracking number.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment and shipped with UPS. Delivery takes on average 5 to 14 days after shipment, or 1 to 5 days within the Netherlands.

Shipping is calculated for your address and shown at checkout, before you pay.

Yes. Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices. They are charged when the parcel reaches the US and are paid by the recipient, usually to the carrier on delivery. We cannot predict the exact amount, as it is set by US Customs.

If a piece has a European plug or fitting, a US plug can be fitted before shipping. Mention it at checkout.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the piece back, complete and in the condition you received it. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error. Write to us first and we will explain how to send it.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We will review it and work with you to find a solution.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
