We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Because we only sell second-hand and pre-owned objects, the following terms apply to returns and refunds.
Second-hand pieces
Every piece is second-hand, vintage or pre-owned. Signs of use, minor imperfections or age-related character may be present. We describe and photograph any known defects, damage or special characteristics for each piece.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the piece back.

Return conditions
We accept a return when the piece:
- comes back complete and in its original condition, the same condition in which you received it;
- is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit;
- is sent within the return period.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we agree otherwise.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns of pieces that:
- were damaged through misuse after delivery;
- were altered, repaired or modified after delivery;
- were custom-made or specially ordered.
Damaged or incorrect pieces
If a piece arrives damaged, or you received the wrong piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage or the piece whenever possible. We will work with you to find a solution.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned piece, we process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original purchase. We may refuse a refund, or reduce the amount, if the piece does not come back in its original condition.
Shipping costs
If you return your entire order within the legal cancellation period, we also refund the original shipping cost. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
